Prompt: How does the magical world care for its elderly, especially when the elderly decide they can no longer effectively live on their own. A nursing home? An "assisted living" community? etc. What is life like in retirement in the wizarding world?
A/N: Having wrangled with these issues, and continue to consider them in real life, I wanted to write this part of Minerva’s story. Many, many thanks to my dear weepingnaiad for a very helpful read-through to catch the mistakes. All remaining mistakes are mine, though.
