Theme/Tone: Realistic struggles, but with a happy or hopeful ending.
Additional Info: You could do some worldbuilding with this around how magic could be used for transition (maybe it used to be forbidden and now attitudes are changing?) but physical transition doesn't have to be the focus or included at all.
