Honestly, gut reaction here, is that it depends on how the person creating interprets it. The main characters have to be over 50 which would be Harry and Draco really unless it really centers around Teddy as well, so much that he is also considered a main character, in which case, he'd likely be too young. And if it turns into kinda youth!worship that's what we're trying to avoid.
Now, for Harry and Draco to be 50, Teddy's already in his early 30's. So if the creator bumped it up so Teddy was around 40, with Draco and Harry 58 or so, I think we could accept that. Yes, he's younger than 50 but hardly a 22-year-old boy toy.
It's up to you whether you want to keep the prompt as is (though we would likely make a note somewhere on it about the age issue), resubmit it with those thoughts in mind, or just come up with something else entirely.
