That was amazing. I so love your characterisation of Hermione. I love how Millicent made her feel, kind of off balance and I love that at first she resisted, like, she wasn't sure if she liked the way she felt, and then. . . oh yeah, she totally did.
That realisation in Valentine's day was gorgeous. And I just love that Millicent was never pushing – granted, she pushed to make herself a place in Hermione's life and office, but there was a gentleness about her when she actually looked and touched and watched Hermione, yes? It was wonderful.
And seeing it happen, seeing Hermione giving that step, daring and being, and god, the were so, so good together. It was beautiful.
I loved Hermione's friendship with Harry. It was such a joy reading them like that, close and honest and silly still, but always so loving.
That ending, man, that ending was perfect, sweet, romantic, so peaceful and wonderful. I fell in love with them in this story. <3
